Pico Electronics manufactures Electric Transformers , Inductors, DC-DC Converters and AC-DC Power Supplies. Pico's components can be found almost everywhere, especially in the Aerospace, Defense, Space, and Hi-Reliability Industrial industries. Pico was established over 50 years ago to improve upon the design and reduce the size and weight of transformers and converters to meet these stringent requirements. It all started with the military and commercial air flight industries needing miniature and ultra-miniature units that were both reliable and of high quality.

Pico offers various surface mount Transformers and Inductors, including Low Profile Audio Transformers, Power Inductors, DC-DC Converter Transformers, and Pulse Transformers . Many of the Transformers and Inductors that Pico has manufactured have passed 300 thermal cycles and are continuously exposed to harsh temperatures for Military applications, with a variety of parts that are qualified to Mil-PRF-27.

Low profile thru hole and surface mount DC-DC Converters include ultra-miniature regulated, isolated, programmable, and adjustable modules with single and dual outputs. They are capable of outputs from 2 VDC up to 10,000 VDC. Pico’s AC-DC Power Supplies have universal AC input voltages and include power factor corrected modules to 2000 watts with 365 VDC non isolated output voltage. Pico's high power DC-DC Converters have the capability of accommodating high input voltages that are available up to 1,200 VDC (volts of direct current), and are available with temperatures of 0ºC to 20ºC and -40ºC to +85ºC. Pico's Converters and Transformers are manufactured in-house at our U.S, AS9100D approved facility.
